She left home with my Son 3 weeks now. Not a single messege. Trust in the women refuge hands. Verbal argument made it a case of abuse. Waiting is frustrating. What would happen next.

It is likely that you will be served. They have probono lawyers that aid the women in the shelter. You should have been contacted by someone by now. If I were you I would look into getting a lawyer.
If you did abuse you wife...then the women she is with will protect her and your son if they feel your a threat.
I suggest counseling.

You have to just sit and wait, but most likely her lawyer will be contacting you, or you should have your lawyer contact her. If there is no evidence for abuse, beyond a verbal altercation, than all should be well. The courts don't look at a shouting match as anything beyond what happens every day in millions of homes in America. However, if there were threats involved (ex: "I'm going to kill you") they there could be problems. Get yourself a lawyer, that's the only way to deal with this, but in a he said/she said situation of abuse, with a child involved, the courts usually believe the woman.
