same situation as me. I want to act,direct, and screenwrite. I understand how most famous ppl do drugs and other bad inappropriate things. But you've got to promise that if you do become famous you will not be like that. Being famous and rich has a stereotype, if you overcome it then you can prove others that they are wrong and you just a good well grounded person just doing what you love. You do what makes you happy, no matter how much the money you get.Look at johnny depp, you dont see him partying and in the ppl magazines doing bad things like lindsey lohann. He loves his family and loves doing what he does. He doesnt try to be the center of attention and thats y so many fans look up to him.

Its not a bad thing if you use your dream to create something that is good for you. So dont quit school for it. Educate yourself in a way that bring you the most opurtunitys to do your favourite stuff when getting older. In the mean time you could always do your interrests in a amatour base. you cant let other people choose what you do in life cos its yours. you follow your dream and dont let people mess it up for you cos you wont be happy. its not a bad thing to want fame and and u should talk with your parents to see if they approve or not. if they dont approve,dont feel let down or rejected do what your heart tells you and what you really think you would enjoy. i really hope you get get your dream and enjoy it( hope to see you acting on tv hehe)
