Phelps may be a registered Democrat, but he's no liberal, by his actions and his words.
Anyway, flag burning is an issue that gets a little bit of attention from the press and some legislators for a little while but goes away. It's more worthy of our time to protect the Constitution itself.

"i'm asking an user-friendly question right here. i prefer to understand the historic previous of Liberal questioning and Conservative questioning. i might desire to understand that's the main suitable area to be on." you're so finished of ****. because of the fact in case you're weren't, you does not have asked any such adapted question. yet to respond to your question, some might say liberals because of the fact the KKK grew to become into initially consisted of Democrats, yet that's not a honest theory to apply with a view to make a comarison in on the instant's worldwide. the suitable answer is there is neither. Racists exist in all political spectrums. i'm particular you already knew that so quit being a gadget.

Like Surthnley said, their leader is a Democrat,so the question should ask if these are typical Democrats, which the answer would be a YES .

To the individual who says they never heard any liberal condemn Fred Phelps, its because you obviously are not paying attention(not that any of you neocons ever do). I always hope he picks the wrong funeral to picket and gets what he deserves!!!

Westboro is hardly typical or conservative. In their own way, they're the same as KOS, brain dead, and I really can't recall anyone asking you.

No, not typical conservative.
Rabid fanatical conservative.... don't blame the entire conservative movement just because of a few fanatics.
And has there been a sudden epidemic of flag burning recently? Or are some people just upset that some freedoms are still allowed?

So what you are saying is that it is okay to be a leftist extremeist but not a right wing extremeist? Not all Conservatives support killing people who don't agree with them. So GET A GRIP.

You are WAY WAY WAY out of touch with reality. I don't remember many liberals condemning the actions of the Phelps clan. I do remember all the Conservative voices acting in opposition. Wait, I almost forgot, liberals forget facts.
