tell us more.. did you meet someone and they were nothing like what you thought.. or saw a real picture of them... gotta be careful with that... don't be too hard on whoever it was.. maybe she is feeling bad about herself... maybe she just wanted to be your friend... and then couldn't get out of letting you see who she really was.. only after she was your friend...
