You will need to do some math to be successful as a scientist in any area of science. Biology is the least mathematical area of science, but even there, statistics are important for understanding the meaning of experiments, and some mathematics will be needed to do the chemistry which underpins most biology.
Also, for whoever said astronomy - modern astronomy is essentially a branch of physics, and requires a lot of math.
How old are you? For certain types of people, they find math more interesting as they get to more advanced courses, and the logic of the subject becomes more important, relative to just doing the same exercises over and over again and hoping not to make a careless error.
