It does and very true because it is the mind that controls you what to do. It dictates upon you what action you will make. It is all in the mind that everything you do is attributed to the former. That's why i have been mentioning these many times inmy previous answers to this site that if you try to implant positive thoughts in your mind, mind you will also earn positive results. If your mind says " i can make it" surely you will make it. I have done it hundred times.

Are you talking about positive thinking? Because I believe it works wonders. Even if I have some negative thought, I instantly polarize it with a positive one. It certainly builds a healthy load of positivity and optimism!

edit: some find "positive thinking" rather difficult. But working at diminishing negative thoughts by at least polarizing it with a positive thought really helps. It can seem like a chore in the beginning, but it eventually becomes almost automatic and you get to be really creative with your happy thoughts! Before you know it you're oozing positivity. And as for the stuff that angers and/or upsets - best to learn it will always exist. And if possible, have yourself keep away from it.

Thinking positive does work but it is so hard to do and especially at my age. There is so much going on right now and I want to think positively about it but sometimes I just get so mad and I start blaming others and then myself and then I get sad.
