Yes he should!

How can any thinking person not see that the constitution has been re-named the treaty.

Angela Merkel has smirked about there being very few differences and now Miguel Moratinos says it.

The majority of the British have no idea of the content of the treaty and that is because they are being deliberately kept in the dark by deceitful politicians.

We are being sold out by our own government

Why change the actions and thoughts of 10 years. We still have the same spinning old New Labour, just a different head. Tony went now so that he could make millions as a representative of the Yank government and try to have the terrorist nation, Israel, accepted into the Middle East. As for the EU treaty, well the Brussels criminals will continue to come back with the question in a referendum until you get the right answer, and they are brainwashing our children at present so that they will eventually vote for what the Brussels dictatorship want.

Yeah, i agree, we should have the referendum on the EU treaty. It is the same as the failed constitution. And now we hear that France had content put in giving it more control over the EU bank thank other countrie, which Blair and Brown just let it. Frankly, being part of the EU does very little for us, except pay our farmers, which we could do ourselves, if we didn't have to pay all these taxes the the EU, and the other countries. We should just get out of it.

Having been unable to obtain an English language copy of the Treaty I haven't been able to read it so have had to go on media reports in as many newspapers and magazines as possible. With the comments from the heads of European countries who see the Treaty as an expansion of their power base is their any reason to believe this is not just the Constitution by the back door?. As for Blair/Brown's so called 'red lines' they are not worth the paper they are printed on and will be over ruled by the European Courts.
With all the chicanery and mendacity of the past ten years from Blair/Brown 'captainstarkiller must live on another planet.

Have you read both? If so, then you can say that the treaty and the consitution are the same. If not, then what you are talking about is hearsay.

After reading a lot about it, the impression I get is that the people telling lies are those who are against the treaty. (Though I will admit to not reading either the treaty or the consitution themselves.)

Even if we do accept the treaty, with the opt outs that we have, WE CAN ALWAYS LEAVE again come the next general election, if the electorate want that to be the case.

yup your right, surely the electorate cant be fooled by a cheap con man a second time, even if half of them are apathetic idiots, he says a lot but doesn't actually do a lot, sounds like someone else who led new labour, i doubt though Karen a vote will do any good, we have seen what the EU do when they get a no vote, they either ignore it or just keep voting until they get what they want, the only vote the UK needs now is one to get us out of this bureaucratic dictating knight mare called the EU.
