Well it could mean several things, you might mean a dummy or pacifier but you might mean a teething ring or a Toothy Peg that comes with a ribbon that a baby can chew to help them cut their teeth.
There are also some herbal powders that are good for teething babies.

Chemists sell Bikky pegs which are hard like biscuits on a piece of ribbon that you can attach to ur babies clothes. They are very good last all day and taste nice with no rubbish in them either. Most good chemists will sell them as they have been going for years and are much healthier than teething rings and also help teeth cut quicker.

If its not a teething ring then it must be Bickipegs, you get them in chemists, there great for teething babies.
