Several months ago the news of the colony colapse came out and noted that several crops were in danger . (due to lack of pollination)
But no news since then !
Anyone know the current status of the crops ?
(LIke the almonds etc )
Also noticed price drops in honey . . . Does that mean there was a turnaround in hive population ?

Thanx for any info . . . Hey , I just noticed there is NO ag / country catagory on Yahoo Q&A ! Only urban catagories !
What is up with that ? (No legit cat for this Q !)

The Central Valley of CA is supposed to have a great almond crop this. Cherries were exceptional & the peaches are doing very well also. We haven't had a drop in honey prices here, though.

You might check with your local county Ag Extension office for more info.
