The boat will have a seperate tank for oil and gas. Personally, I disconnect the oil injection and just pre-mix the gas/oil myself. The oil injection was prone to problems, and if it goes kaput you will fry your engine.

If the engine is injected it will have a seperate tank to put oil in. If you have to mix oil in gas tank it isn't. Oil injection is nice until pump goes bad, the motor will then lock up due to lack of oil. Contact a dealer and see what ratio (oil to gas) that it runs at and mix a good synthetic oil (ie amsoil). If it is a newer motor it will be fine for quite a few years

Look for an oil tank.
Or look for a label that says "Oil must be mixed with gasoline"
Or call a dealer.

did the person that sold it to you tell you that you to mix theoil and gas or just to put oil in it
