You know, people are always saying that they hear a piano playing in the middle of the night...or a harsichord or a pipe organ, always a keyboard.
How come you never hear about a ghost ripping off solos on guitar or saxophone?

I have always wondered if that really even happens. I have never been in a haunted house but really I think I would be scared to death if it did happen to me. I always worry about it tho especially when the lights are off and I walk around the apartment but I don't know if it could really happen. and maybe it is scariest if you hear a piano playing at night just out of the ordinary so maybe thats why they do it just to scare you? If I heard the piano playing at night I would probably be more scared than if I heard the guitar playing by itself I would probably be air guitaring to it in my boxers lol like Yeah Mr Ghost you rock!!! We're not worthy we're not worthy!!! Yeah!!!! haha

Chances are that the time period in which they died there was NO electricity to plug in an electric guitar. Music was a very important aspect of past times due to not having a whole lot of other options for entertainment. Learning to play piano/harpsichord/organ were all hobbies that were "in" at the time and considered a valuable talent.

I don't know but I have heard the ghosts on the keyboard making tones for days on end and I often wished for solos on other instruments. I think it may be because the tones are to drive a person NUTS!

1 They can't play a brass or woodwind, they've got no air.
2 Organs are creepy sounding. Guitars aren't.
3 And drums aren't dramatic enough
So you see, it makes perfect sense!

because the most scariest music and weirdest people is the Beethoven area, where the instrument was a piano, organ or harpsichord.

hey thats relly a good question,
ghost in india do wear white long-dress and mostly hold candles, why so,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,??? may be they are not aware that we invented torch,batery,,,,,electricity?
the same way may be the ghost out there may be not sure how to hold a guitar, but they can learn
any ways iam not sure il ask a ghost if i find him/her

maybe cause pianos, harpsichords and organs were around when they were alive, and guitars/ saxophones werent.
