I think its pretty much what we do here. I think you are suppose to ask a legitimate question like "Where can I find the best job for a senior?" or something like that.
I think all our questions are legit, because I have learned some things from the answers received.

When you purposely pick out another yahoo user and send perhaps a message or comment directly to them, instead of a question directed to everyone.
