You're probably going to have to make some slides, it may be only a few or alot of them depending on the length of the animation. Also, you're going to need some type of program to use to combine all of these slides. You can download one that you found on the Internet or use Iconator.com's animator to do it.
All you need to do is upload the pictures you want to combine and then you can select the time delay between slides and possibly other things as well.

We can make the animated GIF by using adobe imageready but I don't know how to save the animated image? can anybody help?

you can Change the movies format into gif image format by using total video convertor.
