Is the horde meaner to noobs then the alliance or does the horde help noobs to get to higher levels or at least heal them?

It doesn't matter because there are diks on both ends. I played on both sides and, most of the time I got help.

It entirely depends on the server you are on. On one server I had an alliance player run the Dread Mines with me and let me loot everything he killed. On another, I had a horde player give me a 10+ gold worth of gear for 10 minutes of help.
Really there are jerks and good people on both sides, its just always seems greener on the other side. Find yourself a good guild and ignore all the jerks.
