Do you spend more time on the computer or watching T.V. than with your family or children? I tell myself I am getting on the computer to relax, and watch T.V. to relax as well, but how the time flies, and gobbles up the rest of the day. I think I am addicted do you think you are?

YES, BOTH. I DON'T SPEND HOURS AND HOURS BUT I DO WATCH ALOT OF TV OR LISTEN WHILE I WORK. I AM ALSO ADDICTED TO MY SOFT SIDER WATER BED. MY ICE AND WATER IN THE DOOR FRIG, MY WASHER/DRYER. MY CAR AND ALL THE OTHER LUXURIES WE TAKE FOR GRANTED EVERYDAY. I NEVER AVOIDED MY KIDS.

I'm not addicted to either, I have too many other things to do. I do take computer breaks between doing other things. I have to agree that you are addicted, you have asked more than 40 questions in the last 24 hours. I would recommend finding time to do some other things and get away from the computer for a while. Not trying to be mean but apparently you see it as a problem too.

The computer, for sure.
On my main computer, I have a built in TV function if that counts.
I'm so proud of my 10+ hours a day status.
I never fail to go on it.
And if I'm away, I use my laptop.
I had a problem with addiction online I guess, it caused slight issues with my examinations of late. I just told myself I was learning online, and when I was having a break I'd be online.

I pass my leisure with the computer--As I am a retired person, I have enough time to spend--in searching many things in various fields of knowledge and entertainment, it not only gives me pleasure but also broadens my outlook and enrich my knowledge. It is the best way of spending time positively and fruitfully. TV or Computer, any thing ,which relaxes your body and mind may be beneficial for your health. Both are the part of our advanced life.

Im not really addicted, as i am not thinking about them when im doing something else, but when i get hooked up, I can stay for hours! I should give the pc a rest once in a while.

I am definitely addicted to the computer. I lose all sense of time. Fortunately, I'm single and don't have children. But my pet bird hates it. He runs around my desk and jumps on the keyboard and on my hands, trying contstantly to get my attention! He's not going to be ignored. ; )

i am addicted to a website called facebook. but i don't spend less time with anyone cause of it, however i go through long lengths to get to a computer. there is just so much going on

I am not addicted to ether, They both are just a way to kill time. The net and the television are not as fun as they used to be just look around in this forum at all the kid stuff and all the so called experts.
