team 1 is stacked...although team 2 has a nice roster also team 1 is just dominant

I think team 2 is a better overall team, especially if it's a points per reception league.

Reasoning: Although Steven Jackson gives Team 1 a significant boost, Maurice Jones Drew will at most produce numbers similar to last years.

Johnson is almost guaranteed 1400 all purpose yards and 11 TDs. Addai has unlimited potential. If he can carry the load, expect him to produce numbers similar to Jackson this season.

In a points per reception league, Winslow becomes the second best TE behind Gates, much better than Heap.

The combination of TO and Wayne is better than Steve Smith and Donald Driver.

It's almost always better to have a RB than a WR as the reserve player. Especially when considering the Edge vs. Plaxico. Although there is pressure on Eli this year, and I think he will turn to Plaxico a lot, and he will have a good year, the Cards have upgraded their draft, and the new coaches are more focused on zone running with three wideout sets, something Edgerring is very familiar with and excelled in Indy.

The only reason I would have ranked Team 2 lower is because of McNabb and his injuries. Brees is a stud, and is almost guaranteed 4000+ yards with 25 TDs. But if McNabb does go down, I love your backup in Kitna. Kitna will have close to 4K yards as well, and possibly over 20 TDs with that receiving core. He will throw significantly more INTs though.

All in all, I like Team 2 a lot more...
