It all depends on ones point of view. For many, peace and harmony will never be achieved, no matter how rich their life may be.That's because contentment is an inside job. But you can't tell folks that, because they won't believe it. That "less" (depending on the circumstances) can be enough, makes no sense to many people. That's why the advertising media is so successful, and why many are deeply in debt. It's always that "one more thing" that will bring happiness. The truth is that we are being conned to always lust after more, just like donkeys chasing sticks. And it works!

In order to be Humbled you must have something to give up. Many people today are calling it "Down shifting". However, in order to achieve this you must first have some measure of financial security, such as a home that's paid off. Peace and Harmony are out of our reach when we are struggling to survive.

Depends on the source of the humbled state. If the source is internal. and driven by self understand gained in the lack of emotional need for excessive creature comforts, then it is rich... Beyond any material wealth!
However, being humble due to a broken soul through humiliation is very miserable!!!

That depends entirely on the perceiver. Peace and harmony are not contigent on anything except the values you award them.
