What I mean is this: imagine a person/people who were happy with their lives and state of the world. They harbour very little of the negative human emotions, such as avarice, envy, hatred, contempt, dissatisfaction, hopelessness, a feeling of disadvantage, mean-spiritedness, etc, etc. They have profound joy and optimism in human existence. What sort of political ideology and social outlook would they choose? What would its content, underlying spirit, and world-view be? And Why?

Assuming these (unlikely) cirsumstances, they would likely choose anarchy-- no political structure-- because the purpose of political structure is to manage the very characteristics you are assuming do not exist. It could also be described as "Christian communalism" after the early Christian community described in Acts, and also by the Desert Fathers. People would relate to each other in fairness and equanimity, with no need for rules or courts or police.

The argument for anarchy presumes that if there were no government, this is exactly what would happen. I find that unlikely. People are flawed; they contain both good and bad characteristics. That is why the situation you propose is so unlikely on a societal basis. IMO, it can only happen in a small, like-minded, dedicated intentional community.

This society would have gone beyond the need for politics, and even ideology. It has achieved a level of freedom and a balance with responsibility that has only been dreamed of or nightmared about.
They will have practiced what they preached/taught to the point that all hypocrisy will have been eliminated.

A Political philosophy denotes a need for an opposite philosophy, thus there would be conflict. In a society, even just one person, with absolute content, there would be no need for any political ideology from which their contentment would be derived.

Of course people would subscribe to my world view. Every person is the hero in their own story and I hope that people would recognize my superiority. Dumb question, every honest person will answer the same way.

None. Political activity and intent is the antithesis of contentedness.

Optimism has absolutely nothing to do with the ideas you adopt (except for optimism).

Convervatism, for sure. It will keep things right the way they are. Moreover they would favor an ideology that would spread the values that has created their society.
