No! And I'm on the 'no-call list', thank God!

No, I particularly have in no way offered something from them before. Years in the past I had a summer interest working for a telemarketing enterprise for a month or so whilst i replaced into in severe college. maximum individuals hung up on me yet I did sell some stuff! Ironicly, they went out of enterprise a pair years later. i think of ultimately they're going to all circulate out of enterprise, yet it particularly is basically my thinking! Pluss, maximum individuals have cellular telephones now and that they don't hace those numbers!

No, I never have but I have been a telemarketer and oddly we do get sales. I sold a new long-distance service in Canada to Canadians (while I was in the American Midwest) so it does happen.

I did years ago. It was hard for me to say no and I would fall for it everytime. I got so caught up in it that I went into debt. My husband (now ex) would tell me that I have got to learn to say no to those people, but I was always the type to never want to let anyone down.
Then there was a time I fell for it and they cleaned out our bank account, and I fought it but they did it in such a way it looked legal and I got screwed and they got off looking pretty.
Now, its easy for me to hang up, tell them off, lecture them (lol)
what ever mood I am in at the moment.
I also got on the Donot call list but sometimes they still slip thru.
This is a good question and if any of you out there do buy from these people, PLEASE PLEASE use caution!

I don't but their target audience is the uninformed and/or gullible.
I spent a summer doing in-bounds telemarketing (where people called me). It was horrible (I'm too honest to be a salesperson).
Lot's of amusing stories out of it but it's a tough job to do.

I haven't, but my son was a telemarker for a swimming pool supply company one summer when he was in high school and did great. He made more money doing that than he had working at the gas station. Surprised the heck out of me, 'cause I always hang up on them.

YES! When they call and offer a free weekend somewhere cool if you take an hour out of your day to tour their timeshare property.
When my hubby and i were young and broke, we had some great getaways and only had to pay for food and gas. And beer for him and rum for me.
I'd do it again if something goes financially wrong.

No I don't and is a mater of a fact when they phone my house I ask them," How is you get my number?"
This one said, "It was specially selected, so I told him to specially lose it!" Click down went my phone!
They always phone when a person is busy I find, a real pain in the butt ;-)
