I mean don't take me wrong or anything, it just seems like the white people in Louisiana have the best buddha. then when i smoke it with my friends they are all like, "dam! that was some good $hit!"
its not like that in Atlanta though. its the opposite there. Why in some communities white people have the best green?

A friend of a friend of mine grows her own in a very controlled, professional quality yet recreational scale, all natural green house. I think it's attention to quality. I've worked with black people for many years. No offense intended but I have not met one black person who is attentive enough or quality orientated enough to grow really good weed. Par is good enough where as for my white friends, Par is the kind of stuff the cops take a share of to keep their mouths shut.

I would beg to differ. The best weed grows in the region of the world I stay, and most people tour this part of the world in search of that one holy experience, LOL. So, it's not a white person who might always have the best weed, it's an Asian :-P

I know in essex, in the UK - all the white people home grow their weed and its like an art. So in essex, the white ppl sell the good stuff. But in london its the other way around cos the black dealers have bought the good stuff to sell on!

I would say that you probably do not have a wide enough circle of friends to make these assumptions.
My opinion though is who ever has the best is the most involved with organized crime.

maybe because since weed is illegal people have a harder time to get the best product and white people are less likely to get arrested for drug dealing cause you dont really suspect them as much as black people(no offense)

We're more particular about what we buy, and are willing to travel long distances for the best.
Also, we don't cut it with a bunch of crap to make it go further.

my theory is they're less likely to get caught or punished than black drug dealers so they can buy more and better product and grow more

Why is it that black people have the best crack? This is an off the wall question. I would say it depends on where they get it I guess.
