Go to http://java.com Download the latest "Java Runtime Enviroment" After it downloads, it will normally do a self install. If not, open the package and click the install.exe file.

Just go look at your Internet options and other browser settings and so on. Somewhere there should be an option to turn on Javascript.

it might tuned off by error or you have done this thru running another software, however you may go to your explorer's menu, tools, internet options, advanced, drop down to the 3 jave check-boxes enable them all.If this doesn't do the job, visit www.java.com or click http://jdl.sun.com/webapps/getjava/BrowserRedirect?locale=en&host=www.java.com to re-install java environment once again.
