Well,skateboarding can be dangerous in general. But those who are into it have to learn to get better and to get better they have to mess up. So to hang on to a bumper while boarding might have it's downside in the long run it will make a better rider out of the person.

Can't be as dangerous as when Dave Wottle was training for what proved to be an Olympic gold medal in track and field way back in the day.....to learn pace he would have a rope tied to his waist and his coach would drive the car to the speed he wanted to run for the workout.

Yes, very dangerous and very very stupid because if the car that is behind you fails to stop at a traffic light and rams into the car you are holding on to, your ride ends there permanently.

Of course. You can't predict what the
driver might do, or be forced to do.
Also, for some of us, skateboarding
is dangerous while holding onto
nothing.

tried txt on my cellular telephone even aschronic rapid out interior the country roads. not good, not good in any respect. almost had accedent so i don't do it to any extent further, do not prefer to kill somebody.
