When I was 16 - 22 I used to put pics of lingerie models from Victoria's Secret, Frederick's of Hollywood to Shirley of Hollywood. It was my mom's computer which i used 40% of the time. I will admit that I my haert raced when I knew she was logging onto the computer because I knew that some sexy pics of lets say, Stephanie Seymour would be up when log on is complete. I was wondering if someone could tell me where this probably came from. Why first, did she never yell at me for having them on and never asked me to take these pics off of her computer screeen? Second, why would my heart race when the event I described above happend? My take on it was I was getting excited about how far I could push the envelope before I was spoken to about it. Any thoughts?

I would imagine your last sentence answers your question. You wondered just how long you could get away with it before your mother said anything. There is a chance she said nothing because of your age. This is something I am dealing with currently as my ex husband has pics of nude women as his screen saver and wallpaper, yet the computer is in my 14 year old son's room and he is the one who uses it the most. This is pornography and is illegal to make it that available to a minor. I told my ex and my son yesterday they had until today to remove it and get a different background and screen saver or I was going to delete it myself. I am by no means a prude, but I do not think it is appropriate for this to be made so readily available to my son and as a social worker and mother it is my legal and parental responsibility to make sure this ends immediately.

As to why she didn't yell at you....
You seem to be of an age in which it was natural for you to be drawn to such material. With your mom's acknowledgment of this there came a since of understanding. She probebly didn't agree with what you were doing. However since your mother was your mother, she could understand you in ways that lead to the only thing called, love.
maybe she was waiting for you to do it on your own.
As for why your heart raced...
You, having known your mom from past experiences, were expecting her to "yell at me for having them on".
