formula C= 5*(F-32)/9
; C= degrees Celsius, F degrees fahrenheit

C= 5*(70-32)/9 = 5*38/9 =21.1 C

70 degrees F = 21 degrees C to get a rough idea a simple way is to take the F degrees subtract 32 and multiply by .55 this is not perfect but will be fairly close.
