Cilit Bang is the answer to all cleaning problems. Once you have it free of lime scale, spray it after every use with the Mr Muscle Tile and Shower spray. It will never come back.

The original blue Harpic Toilet Duck is amazing on shower trays it really brings them up to a high shine and totally removes limescale. Be warned though - don't get it on chrome taps or shower attachments as it will damage the chrome - I guess that demonstrates how strong it is!

I use CLR's shower cleaner, yellow pump bottle. I use it about once a week now and don't even bother to scrub. I spray and walk away....more like run because of the fumes. I come back an hour or so later and all is well. Rinse and done. Of course the first time I did scrub. Now it is just maintenance work.

WD-40 is awesome on lime scale and soap scum. I used in a stand up shower with glass doors...not only did it remove it, but it left a polish/shine to continue to repel for the future! I HIGHLY SUGGEST IT! Good luck!

Viacal, you get it in asda, brilliant stuff and it leaves shower trays and baths and sinks all shiny and new looking.

try this
50 percent bleach adn 50 percent water
Live in Las Vegas and lots of mineral build up
use it and keep my shower clean.

i still find jif (sorry 'cif' !) the best for cleaning. plenty of effort needed mind but it usually does the job, and the fumes wont kill you like some of the other products i have tried!

i hate to say it, cillit bang, but it really does work, its like a miracle in my home (where cleaning is not regular)
