I not some paranoid nutcase like the Mel Gibson character in 1997 movie, Conspiracy Theory. However, some things just seem a little implausible.
First of all, why would so many anti-American foreigners enter this venue? There is Yahoo! Answers for many countries, not just America. About 90% of the foreign respondants seem to be rabidly anti-American. If you hated a talk radio station, would you call into it every week? Is it just some sick thrill, or something more insidious?
How come we don't hear from foreigners who praise the U.S.? Certainly the U.S. excels at many things, but you never hear a peep from these people. That seems more than a bit odd. I keep expecting some Conservative foreigner to join the fray of debate here and say, "Hey, you don't know how good you've got it. In my country, it's much, much worse!"
I have read some credible books on covert government operations. There is so much in politics the average person can't even fathom. For example, I predict that in about 30 years, we'll learn the real reason Nancy Pelosi rushed to Syria practically as soon as she became Speaker of the House.
Another thing that doesn't make sense is how certain groups of foreigners seem to make it here in droves with no legal impediments. For example, I had a Pakistani friend in college who told me he was going to a family reunion where there would be 300 of his relatives. I was amazed at the huge number, and asked when he was flying to Pakistan? No flight was necessary. They were all already here!
Wouldn't you think that foreigners who are interested enough to learn English and participate in a predominantly American forum be at least slightly more a balanced crowd?
The Democratic party has been infiltrated by a group of very powerful people who have an agenda far more radical than most of the far-Left Liberals on this venue can imagine. George Soros has some very scary ideas, and he's willing to spend millions investing to achieve his vision. They are luring the hapless Liberals to jump into the dark, endless abyss of Socialism, knowing how hard it will be to extricate themselves.

I am a bit concerned about your use of the terms "foreigners" and "outsiders". Many Americans on this site think, for some reason, that it is exclusively for Americans. Whereas, it is actually an international forum with the only stipulation being that you must post in the language of the site you are on. So any person may post a question or answer a question in here as long as they do so in English.
As far as the terrorist thing goes - It could be an unlikely possibility but I also think that it is pretty bad if you are going to brand anyone who writes things you don't like as 'terrorist'.
If you don't like what is written or asked then ignore it. Simple.
I think that if you really believe that people will be seriously swayed by what is put up in here then you obviously don't have much faith in your fellow Americans. Quite frankly, most of the stuff that is in here is pretty ordinary! This question is one good example.

This has been brought up before. There seems to be some veracity to the notion that there are groups who aim for discord. On another post, there were some links to actual foreign sites dedicated to anti-American ideas.
However, that being said, it doesn't take terrorist propaganda for me to see what I dislike about the current administration.
It is also my belief that questioning the government and holding them accountable for their actions is not only our right, it is our duty as patriotic citizens. I for one am looking ahead to the (and my fingers tremor at actually typing this) future Clinton administration, and I dont want to set up for foster some sort of "we cant call our officials into question" mentality prior to that occurrence.
A culture of acceptance and silence will only serve to weaken America, not strengthen it. It would take a lot more than a post from some guy on Y!A to get me to stop loving the country.
If terrorists start baking apple pies and selling American flags at a fundraiser, it wont stop me from eating apple pie or waving the flag. Nor am I going to stop speaking out against policies Im opposed to.

Can you be a little more specific please? what do you mean by knocking this country -- are you referring to Bush?
What do you mean why you say anti-conservative? Are you referring to the war wage on the middle class by the wealthy elite? The Evangelical Pseudochristian Virtuecrat anti abortion agenda?
Is someone bad mouthing the grand canyon, Yosemite or ????
As you already know I lived in Southeast Asia and the Pacific for a number of years and I still communicate with friends and acquaintances.... anyway yesterday I spoke with a new acquaintance whom to my surprise pointed out a fact that has been reiterated in these forums many times... when Democrats are in power there's prosperity for all and when Republicans are in power there's war and strife.
What does that say about the world's opinion of Conservatives?
Conservatives really should go back to worrying about smaller government, government fraud and waste and divorce itself from the war on the middle class/tax breaks for the wealthy and the Evangelical Pseudochristian Virtuecrat anti abortion agenda... it's like an anchor around Conservatives necks.
Speaking of tax breaks you are behooved to exam the L-Curve and see who benefits from tax breaks for the wealthy... it's not you!

Yes, because they are wimps for they know that Conservative Christians won't hunt them down or kill them. Why else would they wander in and make a mockery of church services? They are jealous too because it was pointed out to them that Conservative Christians give more of their own time and money to help the poor than do liberals. If someone was to make the same kind of attacks on let say Muslims you be they be outraged.

China, that would be the country that supplies us with kids' toys that are painted with lead based paint, right? The country where you suffer severe penalties if you birth more than one child? The country that solved their rodent problem by coming up with rat cook books? The country that actively supported and heavily contributed to the Bill/Hillary Clinton campaigns? The country that bought top secret guided missile technology from Bill Clinton and have now proven that they can take out our military and communications satellites any time they feel like doing so?
Big surprise that they hate Conservatives. That would be the people who can see right through their creepy agenda. If someone from China is on the Internet, especially on Yahoo Answers, you can bet the farm that it ain't Joe Chinese Citizen.

Suppose there was an influx of people who agree with you. Would you even mention it? Perhaps, although it may be hard for you to take, the conservative viewpoint is not as popular now as it has been in the recent past. It is like a pendulum on a clock swinging left and right. That pendulum has been pegging right and is moving left. In the 1960s, for example, it was pegging left and ultimately moved right. Whether foreign or domestic the trend will be more liberal like it or not.

One reason is because what Bush, the Republican Party, and America generally affects and imperils the entire planet. And, the person you are referring to is one of the most intelligent and rational participants here. I'd trade a dozen "real Americans" for a dozen of her any time.

I find it very disturbing that current rhetoric has stated that if you don't back the President you are labeled as evil and anti-American.
This forum can be visited by anyone with a significant command of English. An anti-American/anti-Conservative Chinese person would not be a far stretch of the imagination by any means.
The point of terror is to make people afraid. Stop letting the terrorists control you.

I am not a foreigner. I also dislike conservatives and Bush. Does that make me a terrorist or someone who lives in a great land which offers freedom of choice? In my opinion you sound like someone who believes in a dictatorship because you want the people of the U.S. to have only one way of thinking and that's scary that people like you still exist today. Therefore you sound way more like an anti-American than anybody else!
