It is extremely expensive to study in London. You also do not need to have a degree to teach english in Japan. You can complete your TEFL or join a company that will pay for you to complete the programme.
Should you wish to embark on a career in teaching english in England, may I suggest doing a teaching degree to shorten the length of time you'll be in university for? Try Liverpool Hope's website, Liverpool is a great city to be a student in - due to it being inexpensive and having three central universities.

1. If your only citizenship is Brazilian, it will be very expensive for you to go to a British university.

2. If that's not an issue, or if you have an EU citizenship as well (which will make things much cheaper), look at the web pages for the particular schools in London which you might want to attend. They will have their rules for what they expect from international applicants, as well as contact information for their admissions tutors, who can answer any specific questions. You'll definitely need to submit standardized test scores. They generally have conversions tables to convert foreign standardized test scores into their British equivalents. I'm not sure what the educational system is like in Spain, but in some cases, you might need to do an extra year called a foundation year, as well.
