my present company will not give me any release latter.is there is any way to liftup the six month ban, release letter and noc both are same or deffrent???

I am not sure about your present position as per your residence permit. Certain categories (professional) are exempted from imposing ban at the time of visa cancellation. Since your sponsor is not ready for giving you release try to get an NOC from him. If you can manage to get it then no problem, your visa will be canceled without 6 months ban.
Release letter and NOC are not basically same. Release, to transfer your sponsorship locally without exit and re-entry from UAE. NOC means a no objection letter to cancel the visa without ban.

check the labor department of uae,
and i think there was a law saying that there is no 6-months ban assuming you've worked for a year in your company already. so after that year, when the employee asks for it, the company should provide you with a release.
