Sure -- since Cheney is making most of the day-to-day decisions, Bush is really only needed for occasional appearances and for the public relations events.

When are you people going to get it through your thick f###ing skulls the president is NEVER on vacation. True he may go to Camp David, Texas, Maine, or wherever, but he's always accompanied by staff members and with the communucations equipment he has with him, he's one second away from being in contact with anyone, anywhere, and his staff can always contact him.
I am no Clinton fan,. but as far as I am concerned, Bill Clinton was never on Vacation.
