A statement which has been made millions of times by women and feminists alike consisteantly.

Why dont they just go and hold a feminist conference on men who are symbols of all violence and hatred near the soldiers cemetry??

THEY FOUGHT FOR THEIR FREEDOM AND EQUALITY WELL I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF THESE MEN HADNT DEFENDED DEMOCRACY WHAT WOULD THEY BE FIGHTING FOR RIGHT NOW?????

There is not a woman politician that would not hesitate to use soldiers against other nations. If you think that women are not violent then enter the word chick fight on youtube and see what comes up.
Girls in 8th grade are more likely to be in fights than boys. But when it comes to defending your country, women suddenly become too dainty and delicate to be front line soldiers. The reason why it is only men in combat is that there is no reasonable expectation that in a country the size of the USA you could even get a battalion of women ready, willing and able to fight. Don't expect them to be grateful to you for being a soldier also. They wont.

No one has ever said anything like this. You find and post a legitimate source and I'll reconsider. A "legitimate source" means something that isn't run by paranoid women-haters who make things up and post it as fact.

The men and women who have lost their precious lives in Iraq did not do so defending "democracy." Most Americans would prefer it if we weren't there at all. Those who are there are there because they volunteered, and I say God bless them all, male and female, and bring them home safely.

Too bad you don't feel the same way. Guess you're not a real American.

ETA: I don't have a problem with Patois. She speaks from the heart. You didn't answer my question: cite your source. Guess you couldn't. American men and women are not fighting for democracy in the "world." If we were, the "world" would be there alongside us and they're not.

For a long time, I have believed that men are not the cause of all wars. I believe that women are equally responsible. So I don't really feel I can answer your question directly.
If you are interested on my take on wars : I feel that wars are here to stay. There is the propaganda - the "official" reasoning for the war. That is only the justification. Behind that lies the very complex set of factors that remain unacknowledged. Some examples: mob mentality, greed, making "monsters" out of other people who have families and children, just like we do. And there is basic human need- enough land, enough energy, enough water, enough food.
Don't people think that women must be participating? Women may get mixed up in the mob mentality, just as men may. "do something!" they say to those in power. they send their children, male and female, off to war.
Only when we all take responsibility for aggression, and all look for ways to stop objectifying others- through diplomacy and cooperation, will there be some change.

I think I agree with you, but I'm not sure because I am not sure I understand the question.

My son is a soldier. He is where he is because he CHOOSES to be there. He signed up knowing full well what he would be expected to do. He was born to do what he is doing. He loves what he is doing.

People need to STOP blaming the government for "sending" our troops over there. When people do that it reminds me of a bunch of whining, little children. . . . ."waaaaa boo hooo our government is abusing our men". It's the government's job to send men to war. When men willingly sign up, that's what they should expect to do.

Thank God our men aren't lying down on the battlefield and crying about it, like the cowards who sit comfortably behind a computer screen, ranting about our poor soldiers, and then blame the government.

My son was called by God to do what he is doing and he knows it. People need to quit whining about what others are choosing to do. They're just feeling inadequate because they don't have the courage to fight for democracy themselves.

Do you mean that men are the cause of all wars ? Or do you mean that democracy is the cause of war ?
Your question is very hard to understand. I'd like to give a sensible answer, but what exactly is the question ?

It's a confusing statement.

Some would say the Trojan War was because of a woman (Helen of Troy?)

I have never heard that statement. Please link it to a reliable source to prove anyone other than your troll self has said that.
