Dissolved wouldn't apply in most cases, unless you are describing an animated removal of some kind. "Dissolve" is a term used in web-page design.

"Deleted" would depend on what you mean by "one character". If you're talking about a character in a book or movie, then deleted wouldn't fit and you should choose "removed", or "killed off" or whatever other word/phrase describes the character's disappearance from the story line.

However, if you're talking about removing a character in the typography sense (each keystroke basically generating one character), "deleted" is exactly right.

If u mean that the character had been removed, then "deleted "is correct
If the character had been dropped into a bath of acid or similar, u might use dissolved (lol)
Hope this helps

unless the character had been dropped in a vat of acid (or water if the character is an Alka-Seltzer), "deleted" would be correct.
