Just one friend. My taste encompasses many diverse genres, except for hip-hop and punk, all other people listen to mainly mainstream crap, and only stick to a single genre. The one friend that I share my musical tastes with swap music everyday.

I have an eclectic taste and I love everything from powerpop to glam rock. My friends each have a different favourite music genre and sadly, everyone of them are inclined to only one genre. But because I like J-rock, electronica, ballads, 80s and classic rock, it's easy for me to share my interest with them!

Nope, my taste in music is my own and not a copy of anyones. There are a couple of bands that I like and got them into or a few that they got me into but thats it.

When you hang around your friends, you tend to like to the same type of music. There are always debates as to which are the favorites, though.

My music love is all about art music or atmospheric rock music like Pink Floyd etc. but my friends haven't decided yet what they really like.

I am a devoute follower of my Teenaged Rocker's lead...we left my friends to mold with the oldies.

I'm not sure anymore, since I lost the last of my good friends in a tragic plane crash not long ago. :-(
But when they were alive, we used to enjoy the same sorta music, most of the time (true friends don't usually nitpick over small differences anyway). ... Enjoy the music of friendship while there's still time.

Yes pretty much...and for the first time the same taste aas a boyfriend.... we have almost all of the same CD's!!

No. I know very few people who like the same kind of music I do, in general, and even less that like classical music, my favorite. :)
