It could be a number of things:
Bad relay?
Bad fuse?
Bad thermal switch?
Bad wireing?
Bad motor?
Bad ground?
Take it to a shop.

You need to find out if they wont come on because they arent getting power or because the fan motor is burned up. Check to see if the relays and fuses are good first. If they are fine then its probably the fan motor. Not a terribly hard repair on that vehicle. Oh and only one should come on unless you have the ac on. One fan is for the radiator and the other only comes on when your running the ac. Also if it has overheated then you should replace the thermostat as well just to be sure that it didnt warp because of the excessive heat. Good Luck! Hope this helps some. Send me an IM or email if you want more details.

One thing you can do to help narrow down the problem is to find the plug where the fan plugs into the wiring harness. Just follow the wiring from the fan motor and you should see it. From that , splice a cpl of longer wire onto the ones on the fan side and run it to the battery. one to the neg and one to the pos. If the fan kicks on , then you know the fan is good, then you'll want to look for bad relays or fuses. If the fan does not kick on then it's the fan.

Well an engine size would help but this is a normal issue of a thermal fan switch going bad.
go to the parts house, buy a thermal fan switch for you engine and then match it up to the one on the vehicle and change it. then retest

I agree with the thermal fan switch answer...the most likely cause.... of course the basics I assume have allready been checked such as coolant level...
