how exactly did your ten week old fall on his face? did he fall off the bed? or sofa? was he dropped? either way hes very tiny and should be checked out by his doctor i dont think hes going to become retarded....but should still get a doctors opinion...and should keep a closer eye on him so it doesnt happen again...

Probably not. But you need to consider this: how far did he fall? If he fell off your bed or the couch, there's probably nothing to worry about, but if he fell out of your arms or off his changing table, you might have to worry about a skull fracture or concussion, in which case you need to call his pediatrician right away!

If your 10 week old fell on his face you should take him to the emergency room or family doctor. They are the only ones that can assess his condition.

They are pretty resilient. Depends on how far he fell but he should be OK. Watch for signs of concussion or change in mood.

he will proably be fine but should be checked out at the ER, things like that happen all the time, if you don't take him and later he does seem ffected beauseof it you may find yourself in trouble.
instead of repeating this question again and again take your baby to be checked over.

okay, honestly if you're this worried to post multiple questions about the baby, just take him to the doctor.. Everyone is telling you he's fine and you keep posting.. You feel something's wrong? THEN TAKE HIM
