Whats the order for attack and strength in runescape for a str pure?

is it like 10att 30 str, then 20att 40str then 30att 50str, then 40att 60 str, then 60att 80str? if not tell me what it is. i gotta make my pure str as good as it can be with the lowest combat lvl possible.

i think most people have it attack 60 (dragon) Str 99 (max hit) but i prefer about 80 each maybe 90.

I like to have Strength at least 10 levels higher, and I stop training attack at 40 since I'm F2P. Only reason to train attack is to use the better weps.
