Ovulated Late?

So as of this morning I am 7 days late on my AF and still a BFN on the HPT. The blood work from Thursday showed I ovulated but came back neg for pregnancy. I'm not sure if the dr tested my quant or qual for the blood test. What should I do...what do you girls think? Has this ever happened to any of you and then found out you were in deed preggo?

Whether the test was quanitative or qualitative doesn't matter, if it came back that you weren't pregnant then it's because your levels were under 5, which means you aren't pregnant. You probably ovulated later in this cycle which would make your period come later.
