well i think they are somewhat similar in looks but both of them have different kind of jaws-one of them has a very much shaped up jaw while the other jaw is not that much shaped up. Also, if taken from same angles with same hairstyles then maybe they'll look much more similar

they might look the same are in reality they don't look alike.
if you look hard and well, everything is going to point out that those two women don't look alike in any way.

but the second picture is closer to what you look like
