They have tampered with the nature between a man a woman. A very simple example: Lets say the man is a moron, but cute enough.. Lets say this man actually gets an opportunity to mate or make it with a briliiant woman on a few chance encounters. Pregnancy occurs. Now. he has just moved his genetic profile up the totem pole. BUT, now because most woman are on the pill - chance, luck, and creating desirable offsprring is no longer in the equation for capturing a brilliant woman for a lowly man.

Good luck with a class action lawsuit. The Republicans passed new laws where you actually have to go to Washington if your involved in a class action. These trials last real long. How many can afford to stay there for months. Pretty much rules out class action.

It's up to the woman- in your example Stupid-but-Cute got lucky...why should Brilliant raise this child for the next 20 years? HE got an hour's gratification- she got 9 months of
awkward plus a life to be responsible for.
Since she was on the pill, it proves that she IS Brilliant.

No -- because the law does not provide a remedy.

There is no legal right to get someone pregnant -- and the drug companies certainly owe no duty to "the men of the world" to allow them to make people pregnant.
