I have a few questions about the movie "The Wickerman". First off, what was up with the bees?? What did that mean? Also, how was he having those crazy flashbacks and dreams if it was all planned by the people there? Can they control dreams too??

bees are a sign of a colony, like they were, typically in mythology theyre also a symbol for women. the flashbacks happened because he lived through them, but im sure they probably gave him something to intensify anxiety before he slept.

They tried to remake it while changing everything.. making a movie that turned nonsensical.. If you want to understand what they were TRYING to do watch the original with Christopher Lee..
