I just saw citizen X a weekly program in CNN IBN which is also available on this link >>>> http://www.ibnlive.com/news/indian-citizenship-on-sale-and-its-for-cheap/46601-3.html please checks this & give your observations. One has to just spend few thousands of rupees & get all those legal documents (passport, driving licence, voter’s I D card, pan card, birth certificate etc) that will prove his/her Indian Identity even if no such person actually exist. Just imagine how much time you spend in getting all those documents if you follow the usual procedure provided under the law & many a times you face lots of problem getting them. We celebrate our 60th year of Independence & proudly call us Indian, are we really free from the corruption eating our democratic roots ? What we should do about our corrupt Bureaucracy along with corrupt Political system? Wishing You All A Happy 60th Independence Year.

My purpose of asking & answering all such questions is to bring more public awareness about the legal & constitutional rights amongst all the Indian Citizens. Some of my questions & answers appear harsh but they only show the ground reality & misuse of legal provisions & power both politicians & bureaucrats enjoy in our country.

This is happening everywhere. The root cause is absence of transparency and computerization of the processes in Government Offices. Issuance of all documents - passport, driving licenses, voter’s I D card, birth certificate etc. should be computerized and this should be outsourced. This will create millions of jobs in India and will make it very cost effective. The time and money spent on visiting offices again and again, pollution caused due to travel, unending queues will end. The difficulties we face and lots of problem caused in getting them will eliminate.
We celebrate our 60th year of Independence with the Officers of British Mind Set of pre-independence India. We will be really free and bear fruits of Independence if we free our Government Offices from the corruption. Corruption is eating our democratic roots ? We should mail our views to Memder of Parliament and State Legislatives about Corrupt Bureaucracy and Corrupt Political system, whenever we experience it.
Let us celebrate our 60th Independence Year with hope and prayers. A Very Happy 60th Independence to every one

Sincerely speaking I did not face any problem while I got my pass-port and Visa for US for 10 years , probably I was lucky to get this without any sufferings. I am 62 years old and I have only very few regrets about the corruption in India. Thank you for the reply, Yours VRVRAO
