5 [ 25 x ² - (3y + 2) ² ]
5 [ 5x - (3y + 2) ] [ 5x + (3y + 2) ]
5 ( 5x - 3y - 2 ) ( 5x + 3y + 2 )

125x^2 - 5(3y+2)^2
5{25x^2 - (3y +2)^2}....... since 5 is a factor of 5 and 125
5{(5x)^2 - (3y +2)^2}
now the part inside the big bracket is difference of two squares i.e. a^2 -b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)
5(5x - 3y -2)(5x +3y + 2)

500 -60y -40= 460-60y, steps, 125x2^= 125x4=500,now you multiply 3y+2 by 2^ whivh is 4, = 12y+ 8,and you multiply that by -5= -60y -40. So you have 500- 60y- 40,= 460-60y

125x^2 - 5(3y+2)^2

5( 25x^2 - (3y+2)^2)

5(5x+3y+2)(5x-3y-2)

thats it
