Can employer track cell phone web browsing?

I have a blackjack pda given to me by my employer. I am currently seeking another job. My question is, besides my work email, can a call pda browsing history be recorded or tracked once I have deleted my history folder?

i have to work with a PDA (bloody infernal gadget!!) and it is a requirement that i have to transmit in the morning and the everning. everything transmitted by the PDA will have been logged and recorded by the central database held by the employer.
