oYou've just asked the 64,000 dollar question! Because death is the biggest enemy.
Now what one does about it is what will make or break you.
Medication and prayer and belief in a paradise on earth yet to come is my hope.
You got to believe in something so why not in the ONE that can and will make the difference?

Carrying a multi million dollar lottery ticket into the lottery office and finding out you have a Felony warrant for your arrest waiting for you in the lottery office. Now that would be funny to me personally.
