I agree with you.
I think they may have had some sympathy had they ever shed a tear or even mentioned Madeline in any loving way. They never even say they miss her. In my opinion they act as though they had lost a pair of gloves & not a cherished daughter.

I have certainly never seen behaviour such as the McCanns. I don't knock them for not weeping and wailing and beating their breasts, I don't like that either. But not once have I seen a slight trembling of the lip, brightness in the eyes which indicate the holding back of tears, or even red eyes which indicate crying in private.
Most mothers would look awful but Kate has always been immaculately groomed. In fact the first time I saw her look strained and a bit dishevelled was a few days ago when they were under pressure from the Portuguese Press and the attitude of the Police had, allegedly, cooled towards them.

So what you are saying is that because you never see them displaying overt emotion e.g. crying, wailing, throwing themselves on the floor, that they actually never display any emotion ever. You only see them during pre-arranged appearances which last for a fraction of each day. You don't see them when they are alone together or just in the company of their family and friends. You don't KNOW that they never show emotion; only that you've never seen them do it (well, not since the first few days anyway - you haven't forgotten those pictures, have you?).
In any case, if what you are also saying is that no parent who loves their child and has suffered the disappearance of that child could EVER behave as the McCanns have and that their self-control MUST mean either that they didn't love Madeleine or that they had something to do with their disappearance or both, then you do not know what you are talking about. They would not be the first to be wrongly suspected of harming their own children because they didn't emote enough. Angela Cannings, anyone?
You don't know them (I assume) so to say that you don't like them is ludicrous.

There is no Mcgrief,no McRegret, no McRemorse,There is however McApplaud, McCold, McGreed, Poor Madeleine ,she is the Victim here not The McGrabbs. Madeleine is Missing,no amount of Balloons or Prayers, will bring her, back ,I would like to hold out in the hope department, but unfortunately, there have been to many, mistakes, to much neglect,to much carelessness,.If the McCanns had paid heed to the Fundamentally Important things Madeleine would still be around.Instead she has either passed over to another realm,or she is living a life of Physical pain, doubt ,emotional pain, fear, torture ,confusion and constant betrayal at the hands of another unit of cruel and unthinking so called Adults .Why her that is what I ask myself ?To Madeleine and Other children in similar situations may they all be found and come under the care of Responsible and Caring adults. That is my only wish !Kate was quoted as saying to friends they have taken her, which suggests that she had previous suspicions of something untoward .

I totally agree, not only have they not shown any emotion that would suggest they are distraught at the loss of their child, they have even been filmed and photographed smiling, i have 2 daughters aged 15 and 21 and i constantly worry about their whereabouts, the mere thought they may be in trouble has reduced me to tears many times, the McCanns are the coldest people i have ever witnessed in connection to a missing child

I will NEVER understand it.
I have 2 daughters myself, a little bit older than Maddie, and if 1 of them were to go missing then I don't think I could function on a daily basis. My whole world would come crashing down, my mind would shut off, I'd be wreck. There wouldn't be a moment where I wasn't thinking about my baby.
I highly doubt that I would be jetting off around the world, writing blogs, and enjoying my vacations.
I thought all mothers had this instinct. I think most "normal" mothers know what I am talking about. You are like a mother bear who would stop at nothing to protect your little cubs. If your cub got ripped away then you would cease functioning.
I guess Kate totally lacks this instinct.
Good luck!

hi , i agree with you but i hear they are highly religious and god helps them through it , i dont think they done it they didnt have the time and how could they go stuff their faces knowing their child was dead but someone would have seen her be taken , surely to god , it is a busy complex ,the whole thing just doesnt add up , we need closure in this either way , i hope she is found but i very much doubt it as much as i hate thinking it if she was with some dirty disgusting piece of crap i hope it was quick and i hope she is at peace rather than still being subjected to god knows what ever , with regards to her parents actions , i go running alot and if i have something on my mind i cannot concentrate , they seem to be able to do it , i would be a wreck , constant crying and blaming myself , there not but as i say they are religious but if that was my child i would hate god for letting her be taken,xx

I agree with you.
They seem more concerned about getting their morning jog in than either worrying about Madeleine or spending time with the twins.
