Water from water softeners has a higher sodium ion content than normal tap water. Prolonged and extreme boiling (not normally carried out) would increase it even further. The only health warning is that water from water softeners should not be given to babies due to the high sodium content.

Yes the salt content will be more concentrated as boiling results in evaporation of water, hence a lower ratio of water to salt. I should imagine that boiling and therefore making it more concentrated repeatedly would not be a good thing and would then be a risk if drunk.
