Why do most people think l'm emo, even some of my frineds?

Usually it's because of the way you dress or style your hair. Tattoos, etc?
Beyond that, the term is probably losing its original meaning so that it's now just a way to poke fun at people. Don't worry about it too much.

You're not emo, once again, just ignore what they said, if they are keep called you emo, just tell them to stop and how you feel, if they are keep doing it, it's bullying you got to report for that, seriously
