I dont get as many erections as i used to. I'm 19, and i dont get nearly as many as i did when i was about 15. Why is this?

your puberty driven hormone levels are more settled down now and the frequency of erections tends to diminish a little. Just as long as you get them when you need them though everything is fine.

It's kinda normal brother.
You even referred to the age when your puberty still was in progress, bringing excitement & desire. There is no comparison about!
At 19 you're a man now more concerned and involved in the "hard" life activity! I hope your libido is high, anyway since it then tends to decrease with the old age while you still are so young, at last!

When you were going through puberty, your body was adjusting to the sex hormone, testosterone. By now, you've made the necessary physical adjustments...so the spontaneous erections are less frequent.

Your body is finished with maturing, so you will not receive as many erections.

Yes, They'll get less frequent but a pretty girl will still bring it up. You have fewer hormones bouncing around your body.

Im 40 and mine did not,i guess iv had moments where i was really stressed and eatting the wrong things made things worse but i over came it and now it is like i was a teen again.sometime smoking,drinking,foods,stressing .could be many things.good luck

the less excited the less hard you become. This self corrects after you get around a female. the excitement brings it back hard and big as it can be
