Where is the cheapest place to buy? And if you have experience with them, what size/shape would be the most fun? =) I can handle a little occasional pain, but I don't want to be terrified of my magnets =/ thanks!

you can find them on ebay..thats where i got mine..

eBay, Edmund Scientific, Radio Shack... those are a few that come to mind.

Ive seen them in all kinds of shapes and sizes....it really depends on what your goal is. If you just want some to tinker around with, then get a variety.

there are north and south ends to each magnet. ex north and north can by no ability bypass jointly and comparable with south and south. once you destroy a magnet it varieties greater north and south ends and ofcourse whilst broken there are inflexible edges that have numerous ends to them so it is going to by no ability greater wholesome the comparable way
