I suffer from mild chest pains which are associated with my heart muscles. So if your pain is in the centre of your chest then you can rule out heart problems. Doesn't sem like lungs either, so I reckon you might have pulled a muscle or something. But check with Doc!

you should go and see your doctor now.

any pain in your chest needs to be checked out, just for piece of mind.

it could be a pulled muscle, but more seriously it could be your heart and the sooner it is sorted out the better.

Chest pain is the most serious pain a person can have. Go to a doctor and get it looked at.

as a nurse...i would say go to the doctor to get checked out...it could be as simple as indegestion..or muscle sores...but you never want to joke when it comes to your heart...which is located in the middle of your chest... you really need to go if your arm goes numb ok.

You can't lose anything by seeing your doctor, all chest pain should be investigated.
