Don't exchange in the UK - Commission City mate! Bring over sterling pounds you will get a better exchange rate here locally in Bureaus or banks, another case of, 'Rip off Britain' again I'm afraid!

Having said that it might be worth just getting a some Euro to cover the taxi cost to your destination and exchange when you\re there.

Big TV article on Summer Beach in Bulgaria on BBC today. They say the town is getting out of control with all the binge drinkers that come to party.

Just take $500 Euros and a good ATM card. You will do fine. It is really better to not take to much cash anywhere these days. ATM's have changed travel habits. Why risk being ripped off when you can get your cash any time you want.
